 Creative Collaborations

Creative Electric enjoy working in partnership with other companies. Collaborations include:

The Princes Trust

Working with Team 15 Creative Electric explored the idea that our behaviour can come back to haunt us. Team 15 presented their work on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh

Granton Youth Centre  www.grantonyouth.com

Creative Electric worked alongside Granton Youth Centres volunteering programme to create a piece of forum theatre looking at the effects of gang culture.

The production Split//Second was premiered at North Edinburgh Arts Centre in April 2010.

Split//Second was performed as part of Diverse Attractions programme during the Edinburgh Fringe 2010.

Touring in 2011 funded by Cashback for Communities.

Gullane Youth Arts

In partnership with The Village Hall Community Association, Creative Electric is  building Gullane Youth Arts. The aim behind this project is to create a programme of arts activities that will be youth led.

Gullane Youth Arts is kindly supported by the Village Hall Community Association & Young Scot.

Link Up

Link Up Centre is run by women for women who suffer mental health problems and isolation, who need support to take the next step.

Creative Electric have been invited to facilitate drama workshops with the Link Up Ladies. Lately we have been exploring Verbatim Theatre and Tony Roper's 'The Steamie'. And most importantly we have been laughing, a lot.

Edinburgh Festival Theatre  www.festivaltheatre.org.uk
